A: To place an order, simply browse our wide collection of lighting products, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be guided step by step to enter your billing and shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your order is placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Within the European Union, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders outside the EU may take 10–14 business days, depending on customs clearance. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

A: Yes, LightingModo ships worldwide. However, customers outside the EU should be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which must be paid by the customer.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your parcel on the courier’s website until it reaches your address.

A: Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team, and we will investigate with our logistics partners.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: LightingModo offers a 30-day return period for most products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To start a return, please contact support@lightingmodo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: If your lighting product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- 3% discount on orders over 130 €
- 6% discount on orders over 460 €
- 9% discount on orders over 800 €
- 12% discount on orders over 1100 €
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. In addition, we run seasonal promotions and campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas sales, or Summer specials.
Q: Can I use multiple discounts at once?
A: No, discounts cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned in a campaign. The system automatically applies the best available discount to your order.
