Our Shipping Policy is designed to give you a clear overview of how your orders are processed, how shipping rates are calculated, what delivery times you can expect, and what your rights and responsibilities are as a customer. Because our core business is supplying high-quality lighting products across Europe, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time.


Order Processing
All orders placed through our online lighting store are confirmed and processed within 1–2 business days. This includes checking product availability, preparing packaging, and creating a shipping label. During busy seasons, such as holiday sales or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. However, we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed if delays occur. Each item is carefully packed to protect your lighting fixtures, bulbs, and accessories from any damage during transit.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within the European Union usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Orders outside the EU can take up to 10–14 business days, subject to customs clearance procedures.
  • Express Delivery: Faster shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery times usually between 1–3 business days.

Lighting products are often delicate, and that is why we only work with reliable couriers who specialize in handling fragile goods. We carefully monitor delivery performance to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.


Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Promotions
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Some items, such as oversized floor lamps or chandeliers, may require additional shipping fees due to their packaging dimensions. From time to time, LightingModo offers free shipping promotions for orders over a certain value. If your order qualifies, this will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please note that free shipping offers apply only to standard delivery unless otherwise specified.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These fees vary depending on your country of residence and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order so that you are aware of possible additional costs. Within the EU, no customs charges apply thanks to the single market.


Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time, from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to your address. If you have created a customer account on our website, you can also track your orders directly from your account dashboard. We believe in full transparency and will send you notifications if your shipment is delayed or requires special attention.


Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
We take packaging seriously, but in rare cases, parcels may arrive damaged or with missing items. If this happens, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@lightingmodo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund. In case of unexpected shipping delays beyond our control, such as strikes, severe weather, or customs backlogs, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


Customer Responsibilities
It is important that customers provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Please double-check your delivery address, phone number, and email before completing your purchase. LightingModo is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
