At LightingModo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your lighting products, we make the return and refund process simple and transparent.


Eligibility & Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all refund requests.

Refund Options

  • Full Refund – issued when the product meets eligibility criteria.
  • Store Credit – offered as an alternative if you prefer to shop again with us.
  • Exchanges – possible for the same or similar items of equal value if available.

How to Start a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@lightingmodo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
  3. Securely ship the item back to us.

Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
  • No restocking fees are applied – we keep it simple.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products
  • Custom or special-order lighting items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
